Proverbs 19:17
Tithing is defined as giving the first ten percent of our income back to God. It’s a way to worship God by showing Him that we trust His promises and a way to protect our hearts from greed. When we bring our first and best back to God, He promises to bless the rest. God is the source of all blessings; all that we have and are, we owe to Him. Therefore, as people who are in a covenant relationship with Christ, we are to serve Him joyfully with our time, talents, and material possessions; and should recognize all these as entrusted to us to use for the glory of God and for helping others. We know tithing is a huge step of obedience, but there is no organization with more potential to change the world than the local church!
WAYS TO GIVE
GIVE ONLINE
For your convenience, we have set up a secure online giving system. The link below can be used to access our online giving page and easily pay tithes, give an offering, or simply make a donation. Once button is clicked, you will be brought to our secure online giving system. Here you will be able to choose your giving amount, payment method (debit/credit or bank account), and if this is a one-time gift or recurring (weekly, monthly, etc).
GIVE IN PERSON
You can give your tithes and offerings when the offering bags are passed throughout the sanctuary. You may simply place cash or checks in the envelopes found in the back of your pews and drop them off in the offering bags. Be sure to include your name and address on the check or envelope, so that donation credit may be provided for tax purposes.
GIVE BY MAIL
You may mail your donation to Crossroads Church of God of Prophecy, P.O. Box 490, White Bluff, TN 37187. Be sure to include your name and address on the check or envelope so that donation credit may be provided for tax purposes.
